What Does this urine Test Result Mean?
Sir My father is 70 year old last week is Fever. Daily come Dr ask urine infection are urine culture test. Now result is come Serology WiDAl O = 1:160 d1 positive H =1:80 d1 positive AH =negative BH = nagative Please Help me sir.

The doctor asked for widal test to rule out typhoid fever. It is an antibody test detects the presence of serum antibodies (O and H) in patients with typhoid fever.
In your case the antibody titre is less than 1:160 for O and 1:80 H so you are free of typhoid fever.
